Idaho Milk Products CEO Daragh Maccabee Named Chair of the International Dairy Foods Association

JEROME, Idaho (February 4, 2025) – Idaho Milk Products is proud to announce the appointment of Daragh Maccabee, CEO of Idaho Milk Products, as the new Chair of the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA),reflecting his exceptional leadership and commitment to the dairy industry.

IDFA represents and advances the U.S. dairy industry, a crucial sector supporting over 3.2 million jobs and significantly contributing to the national economy. IDFA’s diverse membership, encompassing major companies and smaller businesses across the dairy supply chain, fosters a culture of innovation and sustainability. Daragh Maccabee has held the position of CEO of Idaho Milk Products since joining the company in 2017 and brings a wealth of experience to the IDFA role from his more than 20 years of experience in the dairy industry. In this role, Jeremy will help drive the dairy industry’s efforts to achieve its sustainability goals by developing strategic positions and resources aligned with state and federal regulations, legislation, and policies. The company will also be represented on the Ingredients Segment Board by Director of Quality Assurance Joe Barrow, while Ice Cream Business Manager Louis Armstrong has been appointed to the Ice Cream Segment Board.
